You contact us - You either:
1 - fill out and email us the Accommodation Information Request form
2 - email us
3 - fax us on 036-488 1846
4 - call us on 036-488 1207
with your requirements for accommodation.

We get back to you - We will process your enquiry and send you our enquiry form with
some options that best suit your requirements. The enquiry form will have descriptions of the
venues, prices, deposit details and any other pertinent information.

You give us your decision - You let us know which options suits you best so that we
can book it for you. If you require some other options, just let us know.

In almost all cases we require a 50% deposit for the value of your total accommodation
booking (this will be advised on our enquiry form to you) to confirm the booking.
This is usually paid by depositing to our bank account.

You will need to send us proof of payment by fax or email.

We send you confirmation - We send you confirmation of your booking which will
include important information regarding your accommodation such as booking in times,
dates, outstanding balances (and where these should be paid) and directions.
You will need to contact us if there is any discrepancy with this information.
You will also need to contact the establishment at which you will be staying closer to the date
to advise them about your expected time-of-arrival.

You relax - You relax in the knowledge that your accommodation is waiting for you to enjoy.
We will still be available to answer any further questions you may have. Now would be a
good time to have a look at activities, area information, touring and tourist advice so that
you can decide what to do with your time in this beautiful area. Or you can just relax.
